An opportunity has arisen in our organisation for an experienced Finance Administrator
The purpose of this position is to ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively, including keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
You will also run accounting software programs (Propella) to process business transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expenses and receipts.
This is an office-based role, in Wairau Valley Auckland. We are open to reduced hours to suit the right candidate if a 40 hour week role doesn’t suit, but the role will be office based 5 days per week (with the option of reduced hours each day – e.g. 9 - 3pm).

A background in Accounting or Finance is ideal — a relevant qualification is a bonus, but not essential if you have the right experience.
Experience using financial or accounting systems is important; if you’ve worked with Propella, that’s a definite plus.
You’re confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulas.
You’re a clear communicator and a natural problem-solver who enjoys finding practical solutions.
You have a keen eye for detail, stay organised, and can handle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
Most importantly, you’re keen to build relationships, with a positive, can-do attitude who’s always ready to pitch in where needed.
Our culture is important to us; we pride ourselves on our customer responsiveness, positive approach, and open and honest communication both internally and externally.
If the above sounds like you, then we’d love to meet you. Please include a short cover letter with your application outlining a little about yourself and your experience, as well as an up-to-date resume and any relevant qualifications and references.
